Senior Content Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop clear and engaging content to guide users through Moniepoint’s financial offerings.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user experiences across various platforms.

• Create UI copy while ensuring tone consistency and adherence to legal standards.

• Define Moniepoint’s brand voice and tailor content for diverse markets.

• Perform qualitative and/or quantitative customer research to validate content design.

• Take ownership of the point of view for features, products, and branding.

• Work alongside designers, product managers, and engineers to outline products/features, achieve business objectives, and communicate with users through storytelling.

• Edit app copy and offer UX guidance for UI designers to enhance customer journeys.

• Provide UX writing across various platforms and customer interaction points.

• Write and edit user-centric UI text, labels, and instructional content for complex services.

• Serve as a tone-of-voice consultant for all Moniepoint communications.

• Comprehend language styles in translations for every market.

• Engage in the creative process from concept to completion, offering insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure content meets industry standards and regulations.

• Produce clear, intuitive, and accessible UI copy across product touchpoints.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone throughout product lines and regional translations.

• Coordinate with design, product, engineering, and legal teams to launch compliant, user-focused features.

• Enhance product usability and adoption through validated user research and strategic content design choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer or copywriter.

• Extensive professional copywriting experience, either in-house or at an agency, showcased in a portfolio.

• Experience in the fintech or tech industry is preferred.

• Proven ability to craft clear and engaging content for a range of digital products and platforms.

• Strong understanding of UX design principles and their impact on user behavior and interaction.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices.

• Knowledge of Agile project management tools like Workfront and design software such as Figma.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, capable of building relationships with teams and senior leaders throughout the organization.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
