Senior Content Creator, Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create captivating short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and others.

• Produce product demonstrations, lifestyle videos, educational content, and viral concepts that showcase company offerings.

• Craft engaging hooks, scripts, captions, and innovative concepts aimed at boosting engagement and sales.

• Stay updated on social media trends and generate on-brand content promptly.

• Build, launch, oversee, and enhance advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and additional platforms.

• Experiment with audiences, creative assets, offers, landing pages, and messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Scale successful campaigns while ensuring robust ROAS and effective customer acquisition.

• Optimize the Shopify store, product pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, and merchandising strategies.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates, average order values, and overall ecommerce performance.

• Manage product content and listings across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other future sales channels.

• Take full ownership of strategy, content creation, and execution, collaborating directly with company founders to drive revenue growth and enhance marketing efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading content creation with on-camera presence and performance marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in scaling ecommerce or consumer brands through social media content.

• Strong proficiency in managing paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.

• Experience in producing high-performing short-form video content.

• In-depth understanding of Shopify and ecommerce conversion optimization strategies.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar applications.

• Must be based in LATAM.

• Required to achieve double ROAS.

• Must provide a content portfolio showcasing short videos for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, preferably featuring yourself on camera and edited by you.
