Senior Content Creator, Growth Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create captivating short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels.

• Produce product demonstrations, lifestyle videos, educational content, and viral concepts showcasing company offerings.

• Craft engaging hooks, scripts, captions, and innovative ideas that attract attention and boost engagement.

• Keep abreast of social media trends and swiftly generate content that aligns with the brand to enhance reach and sales.

• Develop, launch, monitor, and refine advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

• Experiment with audiences, creative assets, offers, landing pages, and messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Scale successful campaigns while ensuring high ROAS and effective customer acquisition.

• Continuously enhance the Shopify store to boost conversions and elevate the customer experience.

• Revise product pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, and merchandising in response to customer behavior and performance analytics.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and overall ecommerce performance.

• Oversee product content and listings across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and future sales channels.

• Lead strategy, content creation, and execution while collaborating directly with company founders to drive revenue growth and enhance marketing efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation with on-camera presence and performance marketing initiatives.

• Experience in producing short-form video content and a high level of comfort appearing in such videos.

• Demonstrated success in scaling ecommerce or consumer brands through social media content.

• Experience in managing paid advertising on Meta and Google is highly advantageous.

• Proven track record in creating high-performing short-form video content.

• Strong knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce conversion optimization strategies.

• Exceptional English communication skills.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar for enhancing marketing workflows.

• Candidates must be located in LATAM.

• Required to achieve double ROAS.
