Senior Consulting Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee consulting projects for Autodesk clients, encompassing data migration, software development, and training initiatives.

• Guide both internal and external team members to achieve project objectives.

• Maintain ongoing communication among account and project team members.

• Facilitate project review meetings.

• Convert project scope and vision into well-defined team goals.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, and control tools using standard project management and professional services automation software.

• Adhere to internal reporting standards and practices.

• Assess project plans, identify risks, and formulate risk mitigation strategies.

• Assist in sales and business development by drafting or reviewing proposals and scopes of work.

• Generate delivery estimates and identify solution resource needs.

• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring effective communication channels are in place.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in a professional services or consulting setting.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.

• PMP / PMI certification or equivalent credential.

• Proven capability to lead a team in achieving project goals and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional team consisting of technical experts, sales personnel, subject matter experts, and other project managers.

• Proficiency in reviewing and drafting scopes of work and project-related documentation.

• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.

• Strong coaching and leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach.

• May require in-person onboarding and/or in-person identification verification.
