Senior Consultant, Statistics and Psychometrics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the quantitative analysis workstream for projects of moderate complexity.

• Ensure the delivery is high-quality, timely, and scientifically rigorous.

• Develop and review analysis plans, output shells, output specifications, programming requirements, statistical outputs, and technical reports.

• Utilize advanced statistical methods for COA/PRO data analysis.

• Interpret findings for internal teams and clients.

• Articulate methodological choices to aid in decision-making processes.

• Contribute to the generation of evidence relevant to regulatory and payer needs, including endpoint strategy and scientific communication.

• Foster working relationships with clients and cross-functional internal teams.

• Participate in the creation of proposals, bid defenses, and business development initiatives.

• Assist in managing the scope, objectives, timelines, and quality of deliverables for the quantitative analysis workstream.

• Mentor junior team members.

• Contribute to the enhancement of team capabilities, training, standards, and process improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 5+ years of pertinent experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, healthcare, or consulting sectors.

• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods applicable to Phase I-IV clinical trials, including multivariate analysis, regression analysis, logistic analysis, survival analysis, and mixed models repeated measures.

• Familiarity with SAS and/or R programming languages.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
