Senior Consultant – Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts, including operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, and Human Resources, to develop and design solutions for both prospective and existing clients.

• Create RFP/RFI responses that effectively communicate WNS's value proposition and credentials in relation to client requirements across various geographies with Procurement offerings.

• Produce marketing materials such as case studies, competency documents, brochures, and corporate as well as domain-specific presentations.

• Oversee the complete RFP/RFI process for assigned deals within Industry Verticals in the Procurement practice.

• Identify Business Development opportunities throughout the value chain and create solution frameworks.

• Enhance farming penetration through proactive solution development for potential opportunities.

• Engage in special and strategic projects.

• Strive to meet designated revenue targets.

• Organize and lead client visits and company facility tours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post Graduate/Graduate qualification.

• A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience.

• At least 3+ years of experience in a Solutions role.

• Thorough understanding of business processes and an offshore business environment.

• Demonstrated client management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to comprehend customer requirements within a service industry and propose suitable solutions.

• Coordination and program management skills to interact with various stakeholders.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Strong domain expertise in Sourcing, Contracting, and Transactional Procurement.
