Senior Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP – US & Canada Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist users and manage the resolution of tickets

• Evaluate requirements and incidents reported by business units

• Set up the solution and rectify inconsistencies

• Conduct unit and integration testing

• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure the reliability of payroll operations

• Maintain the SAP SuccessFactors environment, focusing on Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP

• Understanding of payroll processes in the United States and Canada

• Experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors

• Capability to analyze business processes and suggest solutions

• Experience with functional testing, validation, and resolving inconsistencies

• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills

• Advanced English proficiency for daily operations in a global setting

• Candidates with up to 10 years of experience will be given preference
