This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Handle both Global Payroll (GP) and EOR payrolls, ensuring that all calculations, filings, and reports are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations.
• Regularly update and maintain precise payroll records and employee information within the Remote platform and payroll software systems.
• Oversee the Zendesk ticket queue, delivering prompt and professional responses.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers (GP) and both internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries and processes.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with payroll vendors to guarantee quality, accuracy, and timely service delivery.
• Proactively enhance payroll processes and stay informed about internal payroll projects and updates.
• Ensure complete data integrity throughout all payroll systems and processes.
• Report to the Payroll Operations Manager Latam as a member of the Operations - Payroll team.
• Strong understanding of payroll best practices and local compliance standards.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Possess an analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with enthusiasm for identifying opportunities for improvement.
• A proactive approach, consistently seeking ways to streamline and optimize workflows.
• Experience with payroll processing for Brazil and Colombia.
• Experience in in-house payroll processing, Social Security filings, and vendor management is highly advantageous.
• Customer-facing experience, adept at solving issues and guiding clients and prospects through local payroll processes and inquiries.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
