Senior Consultant, SAP Digital Adoption & Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute change strategies for transformation projects, particularly within SAP environments, emphasizing sustainable user adoption.

• Convert change goals into organized enablement and adoption frameworks across various systems, processes, and user demographics.

• Design, manage, and deploy Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe, Whatfix, and Userlane.

• Develop and ensure quality of in-app materials, including walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, and contextual assistance.

• Oversee comprehensive enablement, encompassing target-group segmentation, content lifecycle management, testing, go-live coordination, and evaluation of adoption KPIs.

• Introduce, manage, and enhance learning solutions within LMS/LXP environments.

• Structure courses, create learning paths, assignments, and reporting in platforms like SuccessFactors Learning.

• Innovate modern enablement and learning strategies incorporating AI-driven personalization and learning analytics.

• Implement user experience and WCAG accessibility standards in learning materials and in-app guidance.

• Facilitate stakeholder analyses, alignment workshops, targeted communication efforts, and enablement sessions in both German and English.

• Collaborate intimately with HR development, IT, and various business units.

• Aid in governance for enablement content, quality standards, and translations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management in technology- or ERP-driven transformation projects, particularly SAP, with a strong emphasis on user adoption.

• Proven experience in designing and operationally utilizing Digital Adoption Platforms such as SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, and Userlane.

• Accountability for productive in-app guidance content.

• Involvement in at least one comprehensive enablement or adoption initiative from the change concept phase through rollout to the evaluation of adoption KPIs.

• Hands-on experience in LMS/LXP environments, including structuring courses, learning paths, assignments, and reporting.

• Knowledge of change management methodologies like ADKAR, Prosci, and Kotter.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles.

• A pragmatic, implementation-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and confidence during stakeholder interactions.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Enthusiasm for modern enablement and learning techniques, including AI-driven concepts, user experience, and WCAG accessibility.
