SAP HCM PY PL/SR Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the support of SAP PY solutions

• Enhance payroll processes for better efficiency

• Ensure streamlined payroll management practices

• Configure and tailor the SAP PY module to meet needs

• Offer functional assistance for SAP PY

• Address and resolve intricate payroll challenges

• Integrate the PY module with other SAP modules, including FI and HR

• Participate in implementation or support projects

• Become a part of the consulting team on a permanent basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP PY Consultant in implementation or support projects

• In-depth understanding of payroll processes and labor laws

• Experience in configuring and customizing the SAP PY module

• Expertise in SAP PY, with a focus on configuration and functional support

• Capability to resolve complex payroll issues effectively

• Familiarity with integrating the PY module with other SAP modules such as FI and HR

• Knowledge of SAP Time Management is advantageous

• SAP HCM or related module certifications are a bonus

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English is preferred
