Senior SAP HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirements analyses, develop solution concepts, and design architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Assist clients in implementing and operating intricate SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.

• Independently handle customer engagements within the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors landscape.

• Offer consulting, customization, and configuration services.

• Actively participate in shaping the company's strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree or vocational training in computer science, human resources, or a related discipline.

• Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM.

• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or any SuccessFactors modules.

• Proficient in the German language.

• Good command of the English language.

• Willingness to travel is essential.

• Strong presence, organized approach, and effective communication skills.

• High degree of responsibility, business insight, and proactiveness.
