SAP HCM Consultant – Nationwide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirements analyses, develop solution concepts, and design architectures for SAP HCM on-premises systems and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Assist clients with the implementation and management of advanced SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.

• Independently oversee and support clients within the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors landscape.

• Offer consulting, customization, and configuration services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or human resources.

• Several years of professional experience with SAP HCM.

• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or various SuccessFactors modules.

• ABAP skills are advantageous.

• Strong presence, methodical approach, and effective communication abilities.

• High level of accountability, business insight, and proactive attitude.

• Proficient in German.

• Good command of English.

• Willingness to travel is essential.
