Systems Coordinator – SAP Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead, nurture, and motivate the Systems team, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance, and results-driven environment.

• Establish objectives and conduct feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and technical as well as behavioral development plans for the team.

• Oversee the department’s project and demand portfolio, ensuring proper prioritization, compliance with deadlines, and alignment with business requirements.

• Propel the advancement, support, and integration of SAP solutions and other enterprise applications, backing technical decisions and guiding the team in strategic initiatives.

• Organize and enhance processes for demand management, change management, releases, testing, documentation, and governance.

• Track and promote metrics such as SLA, NPS, delivery timelines, recurring tickets, and innovation metrics.

• Prepare, monitor, and manage the department’s budget, which includes licenses, contracts, consulting services, and projects.

• Discover opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence and automation to boost productivity, operational efficiency, and value creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in leadership or coordination roles overseeing Systems/IT teams.

• Strong SAP expertise, preferably with SAP S/4HANA, across implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and support initiatives.

• Familiarity with key SAP processes and modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM) and their integration with business operations.

• Experience managing multiple technology projects and demands simultaneously in complex, fast-paced environments.

• Practical understanding of business-oriented Artificial Intelligence, including generative AI, process automation, and responsible enterprise technology usage.

• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and integration architecture (APIs, SAP PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite, EDI).

• Experience in SAP RISE environments.

• Proficiency with Jira or similar demand and project management tools.

• Familiarity with databases, SQL, ABAP, or other programming languages.

• Background in mid-sized or large industrial companies.

• Understanding of Brazil’s Tax Reform and its implications on ERP systems, electronic tax documents, SPED, and tax solutions.

• Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams.
