Senior Consultant – SAP, Data Modelling – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Support clients in the insurance sector with their data management and reporting requirements during transformation initiatives.

• Evaluate the data management and reporting needs of clients.

• Design, develop, and implement functionalities for data integration and management.

• Construct data models that facilitate the integration of analytical applications and reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with the SAP Fioneer Software Development and Sales teams.

• Occasionally travel to Mexico City for on-site team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent professional experience is essential.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT transformation projects is required.

• Initial experience in developing data management processes within the insurance industry.

• A comprehensive understanding of the technical mapping, interfacing, and modeling of Financial Services Industry (FSI) products.

• Basic familiarity with configuring one of the following SAP solutions: SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.

• Preferred proficiency in data modeling using ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, or another database.

• Exposure to AI agents and Claude code is a plus.

• Strong positive interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
