Inbound Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Provide outstanding, consultative customer service experiences.

• Recognize opportunities for savings and identify coverage gaps.

• Clearly explain intricate policy details in an understandable manner.

• Develop customized policy packages from over 55 carrier partners.

• Complete and secure insurance coverage agreements.

• Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and understanding.

• Relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance the app and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service roles.

• Authentic empathy, warmth, and strong active listening abilities.

• A genuine passion for assisting individuals.

• Capability to manage competing priorities while upholding high service standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license expected to be obtained within 2 weeks of starting.

• Current residency in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia is required for this full-time hourly position.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is essential.
