Senior Consultant – Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements and business processes.

• Supervise test execution, manage test environments, and guarantee compliance with testing procedures.

• Oversee defect reporting, tracking, and resolution in collaboration with development teams.

• Work together with development, business analysts, and project managers to facilitate successful testing outcomes.

• Manage stakeholder expectations while communicating test status, findings, issues, and concerns effectively.

• Lead and coordinate teams, assign tasks, and inspire team members.

• Take ownership of defect management and oversee QA progress reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Develop and sustain QA dashboards and KPI frameworks.

• Monitor and present daily/weekly QA metrics, including planned, ready, executed, passed, failed, blocked, and pending test cases, as well as execution and pass percentages.

• Provide defect analytics categorized by module, severity/priority, status, age, and business impact, identifying trends and urgent areas for attention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud products, Oracle Field Services, and their architecture.

• Proven experience in conducting integration testing across B2B, OFS, CPQ, and upstream/downstream systems such as CRM and ERP.

• Proficiency with Selenium (Java), Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, and TOSCA for test case analysis, execution, and reporting.

• Ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks efficiently, and inspire team members.

• Availability for full-time, permanent employment with the capacity to work 40 hours per week.
