Senior Consultant, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with customers and the project team to integrate the Arkestro system into the client’s procurement workflows.

• Leverage functional, technical, and product knowledge to provide top-tier solutions for Arkestro clients.

• Assess, analyze, and review existing procurement processes and templates from customers to effectively align them with the Arkestro solution.

• Serve as the lead across cross-functional teams to develop the comprehensive project plan and ensure its successful execution.

• Work alongside business leaders and IT team members to pinpoint system or process enhancements and improvements. Be prepared to challenge existing methods with innovative ideas and solutions.

• Act as the main point of contact for issues related to system maintenance, product upgrades, and change requests.

• Offer training, mentorship, and comprehensive knowledge transfer regarding solution functionality, as well as development and testing practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the United States.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as an implementation consultant, business analyst, or project manager, including time spent working both onsite and remotely for clients.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Capability to resolve and drive the solution of complex challenges requiring innovative and novel approaches.

• Ability to lead through influence and establish oneself as a trusted advisor among all stakeholders.

• Adaptable in a dynamic environment, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables and stakeholder groups.

• Tackles complex issues with great attention to detail and exercises sound judgment based on the analysis of various information sources.

• Enthusiastic about engaging with disruptive technology and aiding customers in achieving success.

• Willingness to travel 35% of the time or more.

• Ideally possesses procurement experience with relevant processes, tools, and a comprehensive understanding of the broader systems landscape.
