Senior Consultant, IT Management – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on transformation, digitalization, and IT management strategies.

• Analyze and identify organizational challenges faced by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions.

• Facilitate change processes in collaboration with employees and management across diverse industries and the public sector.

• Enhance the consulting services by sharing insights and innovative methodologies.

• Optionally mentor Junior Consultants on collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience in project management and/or consulting related to transformation and digitalization in an IT context.

• Basic familiarity with ITIL, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies.

• Strong enthusiasm for effectively organizing and managing IT within a digital landscape.

• Insight into the challenges at the intersection of IT and business operations.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills in German.
