This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Cultivate and sustain profitable relationships with business accounts
• Enhance profitability through existing and new client accounts
• Recognize business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services
• Deliver sales presentations to both current and prospective clients
• Articulate the advantages of products and services to address client needs
• Establish and uphold a robust referral network
• Maintain a systematic call program to drive sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• A minimum of seven to nine years of relevant work experience
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally, with occasional national travel
• Previous experience in business card sales/payments
• Strong skills in sales and new business development
• Competence in prospecting new logo opportunities, performing consultative discovery, and guiding deals from strategy to closure
• Experience working with mid-sized to large corporations, particularly those earning $10MM or more annually
• Proficient in credit analysis and financial assessment
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles pertinent to financial transactions
• Demonstrated success in developing and utilizing Centers of Influence (COIs)
• Ability to effectively manage pipeline activities with strong follow-up and execution discipline
• In-depth knowledge of payment products
• General awareness of product marketing and organizational operations
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, including negotiation, decision-making, and creative problem-solving
• Capacity to collaborate with internal teams to expand and retain the existing customer portfolio
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Residing near St. Louis or Springfield, Missouri
