This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Establish and nurture profitable relationships with business accounts
• Enhance profitability from both new and existing accounts
• Recognize business opportunities through insights into clients, markets, products, and services
• Deliver sales presentations to current and potential clients
• Articulate the benefits of products and services to align with client needs
• Develop and sustain a robust referral network and calling program to drive sales
• Identify new logo opportunities and perform consultative discovery
• Guide deals from strategic planning to closure
• Oversee pipeline activities and engage with opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand and retain customer portfolios
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Seven to nine years or more of relevant work experience
• Willingness to travel (local and regional, with some national travel)
• Previous experience in business card sales/payments
• Strong skills in sales and new business development, including prospecting new logo opportunities, consultative discovery, and guiding deals from strategy to closure
• Experience engaging with mid-size to large businesses, specifically those with over $10MM in annual revenue
• Strong credit analysis and financial evaluation capabilities, with knowledge of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions
• Proven track record in developing and utilizing Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate new business opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline activities with effective follow-up and execution discipline
• Comprehensive knowledge of payment products, along with a general understanding of product marketing and organizational operations
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, including negotiation, decision-making, and innovative problem-solving
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams to grow and maintain existing customer portfolios
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing leads, activities, and sales performance
• Residing near Bellevue or Spokane, WA
