Senior Consultant – IT Management, Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on transformation, digitalization, and IT management.

• Analyze and identify clients’ organizational challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions.

• Lead change initiatives in collaboration with employees and management across diverse sectors, including public services.

• Enhance the consulting offerings by integrating personal experiences and innovative methodologies.

• Optionally offer functional leadership to Junior Consultants on collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience in project management and/or consulting related to transformation and digitalization in an IT context.

• Basic knowledge of ITIL, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies.

• A strong enthusiasm for effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital landscape.

• Awareness of the challenges that exist at the intersection of IT and business.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills in German.

• Openness to not fulfilling every requirement on the wish list; many skills can be acquired on the job.
