This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Collaborate with partners spanning various industries and skill sets
• Engage with both external and internal stakeholders
• Oversee and lead the entire delivery team
• Establish project specifications or search criteria
• Develop job descriptions, market messaging, and confidentiality protocols for client approval
• Generate internal scripts to gather market insights for each project
• Evaluate and qualify candidates from an extensive long list to a refined shortlist
• Produce high-quality reports and candidate profiles
• Facilitate review and engagement meetings throughout the process
• Recognize and escalate project risks as necessary
• Manage client engagement and onboarding after project completion
• Ensure quality control and compliance with internal systems, including Clockwork
• Conduct competency-based, skills-based, personal, and thorough phone interviews
• Prepare comprehensive candidate reports and presentations for shortlists
• Assess candidates based on experience, cultural fit, compensation, relocation, accomplishments, and acceptance criteria
• Act as an intermediary between the partner and candidate during the offer phases
• Handle resignation processes and candidate follow-up through to placement
• Perform post-placement follow-up and retention analysis at 3, 6, and 12 months
• Maintain precise records of all activities in internal systems
• Present business cases to senior candidates and partners
• Manage accounts to enhance revenue and remit globally
• Analyze partners’ commercial needs and provide recommendations to strengthen the proposition
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior stakeholder and client relationship management, including the leadership of small teams
• At least 5 years in a comprehensive talent acquisition role, including retained Executive Search
• Proficient in crafting insightful profiles and reports
• Experience working under tight deadlines in high-demand client environments
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor
• Strong external networks and knowledge of best practices
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with a history of delivering results that benefit client business objectives
• Effective project management capabilities
• Commercial awareness and familiarity with new attraction methodologies
• Ability to generate and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use insights to inform decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and devise practical solutions
• Customer-focused, capable of working independently and taking initiative
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
• Proficiency in an additional language is preferred but not mandatory
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
