This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee strategic and tactical Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across the practice and project delivery.
• Create training materials and develop knowledge bases.
• Lead the design and implementation of client Centers of Excellence for change, including governance, playbooks, and role definitions.
• Coach line managers to effectively guide their teams through ongoing organizational change.
• Direct scalable, self-service change playbooks, toolkits, and templates.
• Conduct OCM readiness and impact assessments, and formulate adapted change plans.
• Analyze the effects of proposed changes on processes, systems, culture, and personnel.
• Identify, categorize, and foster relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation road mapping and manage change, adoption, and implementation workstreams.
• Offer change management guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project teams and business partners.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback, recommending adjustments to the change management strategy.
• Design and implement outcome-based metrics for behavioral adoption, productivity, and business KPIs.
• Utilize data and analytics to illustrate behavioral change and pinpoint adoption gaps.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with pre- and post-implementation surveys and analyze the results.
• Develop financial and business-case components, including cost/benefit, ROI, and TCO inputs.
• Aid in the design and development of OCM digital tools and practitioner templates.
• Train OCM practitioners on digital and AI-enabled tools.
• Launch client-specific digital tools and offer ongoing technical support.
• Implement AI-based sentiment analysis and AI-assisted impact and stakeholder mapping.
• Manage engagements independently and make resource and work-activity decisions with minimal oversight.
• Oversee communications across stakeholder groups and facilitate meetings and presentations.
• Create, develop, and deliver change management strategies and deliverables throughout various project phases.
• Formally mentor and coach junior consultants.
• Support scope and staffing discussions utilizing project economics knowledge.
• Spearhead a practice-building initiative and contribute to published thought leadership.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and take ownership of proposal or pursuit sections.
• A minimum of five years of recent, relevant experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience in leading, driving, and facilitating change as part of a project or independently during a transformation.
• Demonstrated ability and a successful track record in delivering client services in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience managing and executing OCM initiatives independently or as part of a larger project engagement.
• Experience with both small- and large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Proficient in using data and analytics to measure adoption or business outcomes beyond activity-based reporting.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools or digital OCM tools for communications, sentiment analysis, or stakeholder/impact mapping.
• Experience in training other practitioners on the use of enterprise AI or digital OCM tools.
• Ability to manage a workstream or engagement segment with limited supervision.
• Formal coaching and mentoring experience.
• Prosci certification and experience are required.
• Strong understanding of change management fundamentals, principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and staff.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as necessary, approximately 25% of the time.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and information structuring skills.
• Working proficiency with enterprise AI tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Working knowledge of project economics, including billing rates, utilization, and margin.
• Capable of leading digital transformation road mapping and directing initiative workstreams.
• Proficient in Prosci’s ADKAR framework; Prosci certification preferred in the Core Skills section.
