Senior Consultant, Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assess and offer consultation to clients concerning high hazard and high-risk operations.

• Analyze operations and deliver insights on project management, safety and quality management, radiological controls, performance assurance, corrective actions, problem-solving, and management enhancement.

• Execute management self-assessments, contractor operational readiness reviews, independent assessments, triennial radiological controls assessments, event investigations, and effectiveness evaluations.

• Examine operational performance from regulatory and safety perspectives and formally document issues or recommendations.

• Provide insights on corrective actions to reduce operational risk.

• Offer support and direction on significant nuclear operations projects.

• Propose solutions to operational, engineering, safety, and regulatory challenges.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or an equivalent level of experience.

• 20 years of experience in the nuclear sector or other high hazard industries.

• Experience in a senior executive role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of nuclear and high hazard operations and safety protocols.

• Exceptional management capabilities.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for consideration.
