Senior Consultant – Data & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on development utilizing SQL and occasionally Python.

• Develop data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.

• Create data models on platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.

• Design, implement, and continually enhance end-to-end data pipelines and analytical environments leveraging BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Looker.

• Involve yourself in all essential project phases, including setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Act as an authority during client stakeholder interviews and workshops.

• Convert intricate business challenges into actionable strategies.

• Recognize risks and issues while offering mitigation strategies.

• Contribute to internal growth initiatives such as mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and enhancement of methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building, managing, and optimizing enterprise data solutions utilizing BigQuery, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Looker.

• Over 3 years of experience in Project Management, Process, Implementation, and SDLC while closely collaborating with data professionals in an Agile setting.

• Familiarity with client-facing tasks such as requirements gathering, meeting facilitation, presentation creation, and reviewing/approving deliverables.

• More than 5 years in a consulting or data-centric role.

• Strong expertise in SQL, especially with Snowflake, Databricks, Teradata, Redshift, BigQuery, MS SQL Server, or similar technologies.

• Experience in designing and constructing relational databases and/or data warehouses.

• Practical experience with business-driven/self-service BI using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A strong desire to engage in a top-tier data practice.
