This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients.
• Effectively carry out analytics projects for clients.
• Assess client requirements, propose solutions, and support business development efforts.
• Enhance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote necessary improvements.
• Establish, uphold, and take responsibility for a culture centered around exceptional customer service.
• Connect technology to client business challenges to achieve intended results.
• Guide clients in the development of Business Intelligence systems that offer a competitive edge.
• Design and execute systems that showcase and manage data and information to facilitate scientific and business decisions across R&D.
• Identify new project opportunities, ensuring that project scope and effort estimations align with client needs.
• Over 7 years of overall experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, biology, Life Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in projects involving enterprise analytics systems, preferably from initiation to completion, or relevant scientific bench experience specifically in pharmacology, or similar experience as a scientific applications support expert in this area, or a combination of these.
• Experience interacting with clients while deploying COTS enterprise systems or SaaS solutions.
• Preferred experience in implementing Revvity Signals Notebook and Signals One modules in global accounts.
• Familiarity with deploying TIBCO Spotfire® or comparable visual analytics enterprise software.
• Outstanding communication skills for engaging clients, clarifying their requirements, and presenting to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients is required (>20%).
• Understanding of laboratory workflows and scientific data management practices.
• Proven ability to balance technical expertise with customer relationship management.
• Experience in validating computer systems within a regulated environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
• Skills in planning, prioritizing, and reporting.
