This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead business development and manage program/project execution for a diverse range of clients.

• Schedule and fulfill contract obligations punctually and within budget.

• Collaborate with clients at local, regional, state, and federal levels to help them achieve objectives and comprehend constituent priorities.

• Act as a senior consultant in the offices located in Colorado Springs, Denver, Phoenix, or San Antonio, or work remotely.

• Assist in proposal development by contributing content for methodologies, timelines, and other designated sections.

• Facilitate project execution through budgeting, scheduling, team organization, prioritizing tasks and deadlines, quality assurance, invoicing, report preparation, technical documentation, presentations, and deliverables.

• Engage with clients and representatives to showcase results, address issues, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships.

• Organize and lead virtual and in-person stakeholder sessions aimed at visioning, brainstorming, and problem-solving.

• Promote continuous process enhancement and business process reengineering via process mapping, data collection, analysis, visualization, and the development of digital solutions.

• Start without supervisory duties, with the potential to advance into a leadership position.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations research, data science, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience with or for the Department of Defense.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Successful completion of the Company's MVR screening.

• Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to recruit and inspire a team of professionals.

• Excellent facilitation skills.

• Ability to actively participate in meetings with senior community and military personnel.

• Knowledge or experience in military installation facilities management.

• Strong organizational management skills.

• Outstanding communication and writing abilities.

• Proficient in synthesizing and summarizing diverse sources into clear reports and presentations.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and other facility offices.
