Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete configuration and implementation of Xactly Incent.

• Develop compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, commission payouts, participant hierarchies, team structures, and territory assignments.

• Tailor compensation rules for tiered payouts, accelerators, draws, recoveries, bonuses, and multi-variable commissions.

• Create and maintain calculation formulas utilizing Xactly’s Calculation Engine.

• Administer credit assignment, plan documents, participant statements, data loading, and integrations via Xactly Connect.

• Execute User Acceptance Testing to ensure system functionality and calculation precision.

• Establish and manage dispute workflows and audit trails.

• Design Xactly Analytics dashboards, custom reports, data visualizations, and comprehensive reporting frameworks.

• Configure reporting calculations for year-over-year comparisons, trend analysis, and commission forecasting.

• Implement role-based security in Xactly Analytics.

• Provide clients with insights into performance metrics, incentive payouts, sales effectiveness, quota attainment, product sales, territory compensation, and team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a software development or systems analyst capacity.

• Must be adept with emerging technologies, capable of learning new software, comprehending a data model and an object model, writing SQL queries, and drafting design specifications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• 3-5 years of experience with the implementation of Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics.

• Familiarity with software development and implementation life cycles.

• Experience with major relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.

• Proficient in configuring Xactly Incent, including the design of compensation plans, participant management, calculation engine, plan document automation, and quota management.

• Expertise in Xactly Analytics configuration and reporting, which includes advanced data modeling and complex report creation.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica, Xactly, Varicent, JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML, BI Cognos reporting, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is considered advantageous.
