Senior Consultant – Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, Civil Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategizing energy-efficient renovations for hotels

• Conducting independent assessments of buildings and technical systems at client sites

• Creating building models to serve as the foundation for energy evaluations

• Formulating energy-efficient renovation strategies and analyzing various technical options

• Preparing funding applications, scrutinizing submitted documents, and ensuring timely submissions

• Engaging directly with clients to coordinate project phases and present outcomes

• Diligently and transparently documenting all project activities and results for future internal processing

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a construction technician or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, energy engineering, building services engineering, or a similar qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in energy consulting, building design, or building services engineering

• Proficiency in technical drawing or CAD software

• Experience in preparing technical documentation and reports

• Confident demeanor and enjoyment in direct communication with clients

• Structured, meticulous, and independent work approach in a technical environment

• Experience in evaluating the energy performance of non-residential buildings and developing renovation plans

• Familiarity with BAFA and KfW funding programs

• Passion for sustainable construction and projects within the hospitality sector
