Consultative Sales Analyst – Civil Engineering, Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in consultative sales with incoming leads, comprehending each business's requirements and guiding the process to closure.

• Oversee and monitor leads throughout the sales funnel while tracking performance metrics.

• Deliver product demonstrations and follow up on submitted proposals.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from potential customers and identifying strategies to enhance conversion rates.

• Assist potential customers through WhatsApp, email, chat, and various other communication channels.

• Perform follow-ups to convert potential customers into clients.

• Collaborate closely with the team to meet sales and revenue objectives.

• Serve as an Inside Sales representative for Vobi’s SaaS management platform catering to small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• A curious and investigative mindset with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.

• Empathy to understand and guide customers effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proven experience in sales.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to role changes.

• Experience in SaaS is advantageous.

• Background in the construction industry is preferred.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
