Senior Consultant, Anthropic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert client needs into technical specifications and scalable AI solution architectures.

• Facilitate client-oriented discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering efforts, including the creation and refinement of proof-of-concept prototypes.

• Design, develop, and produce clean Python/JavaScript code for Claude-powered applications, agents, and enterprise workflows.

• Create integrated solutions utilizing the Anthropic API, applying advanced prompt engineering and multi-turn conversation design.

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and incorporate vector databases for AI solutions.

• Investigate emerging Anthropic features to conduct gap analyses and suggest enhancements that boost organizational effectiveness.

• Oversee the technical integration of Salesforce with third-party systems and AI orchestration layers such as AWS Bedrock.

• Collaborate with distributed delivery teams as a technical lead to promote best practices in modular design, automation, and prompt engineering.

• Manage system release timelines and maintain thorough, AI-driven configuration documentation through Co-work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of Software Engineering experience, including previous consulting/client-facing project involvement and 6-12 months of focused experience with Anthropic/Claude models.

• Expertise in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for AI applications, along with a solid understanding of advanced prompt engineering (e.g., chain-of-thought, few-shot).

• Knowledge of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), Model Context Protocol (MCP), or multi-agent orchestration patterns.

• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).

• Familiarity with integrations through REST APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Exposure to other LLMs, specifically Gemini, OpenAI, and/or AWS Bedrock.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing abilities, combined with a solid grasp of software architecture principles (OOD, modularity).

• Completion of Anthropic Academy coursework, acquaintance with Co-work/Claude Code, and a goal to achieve Anthropic Architect certification.
