Senior Consultant, Advisory Services – Supply Chain, Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide performance enhancement services to healthcare organizations through billable client engagements.

• Take charge of and engage in various workstreams for client projects.

• Assess client requirements through statements of work, interviews, and analytical techniques.

• Gather data, perform or oversee analyses, interpret results, and draw conclusions.

• Ensure quality assurance for all workstream deliverables.

• Formulate recommendations, potential solutions, presentations, and client outputs.

• Implement project plans and assist in executing suggested improvements.

• Oversee workstream project activities, budgets, expenses, economic factors, risks, and challenges.

• Engage in practice development and participate in approved educational initiatives.

• Acquire knowledge of Premier technologies and services.

• Create and maintain dynamic, interactive data models utilizing Premier and client data.

• Spearhead the standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools.

• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

• Identify market opportunities, assist with sales presentations, and highlight profitability improvements.

• Complete the required annual training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Experience with Implant (CRM, Spine, Ortho, or Trauma) is essential.

• Capable of coordinating and delivering compelling presentations to client audiences.

• Proficient in conducting analyses and mentoring others in producing client deliverables.

• Ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with clients and team members.

• Experienced in leading workgroups to achieve successful results.

• Familiarity with analyzing complex healthcare data sets and crafting visualizations and presentations.

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis techniques.

• Experience in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving.

• Capacity to remain stationary for extended periods.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills in both face-to-face and electronic formats.

• Ability to make independent decisions.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and manage interruptions.

• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the United States.
