📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to enhance the performance of healthcare systems.

• Engage in billable client tasks and take the lead or participate in engagement workstreams.

• Assess client requirements based on engagement statements of work.

• Lead, complete, and ensure the quality of data analyses.

• Interpret analyses, formulate initial recommendations, and devise potential solutions.

• Create client deliverables and presentation materials tailored for diverse audiences.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Oversee workstream economics, budgeting, expenses, and project activities.

• Assist in implementing recommended improvements.

• Identify challenges, develop hypotheses, plan and conduct interviews, supervise analytics, and formulate recommendations.

• Contribute to practice development, educational opportunities, and familiarize with Premier technologies.

• Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects.

• Develop and sustain dynamic, interactive data models utilizing Premier and client data.

• Lead the standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools.

• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

• Acquire data, execute or supervise analyses, prepare presentations, generate billing revenue, and assist clients in implementing changes.

• Listen for market opportunities, communicate potential leads, and assist in preparing sales presentation deliverables.

• Complete all required annual training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Background in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support, or operations), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Capability to coordinate and deliver compelling presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences.

• Proficiency in conducting analyses, supervising, and mentoring others in the creation and delivery of client deliverables.

• Strong ability to connect with clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner.

• Proven ability to guide workgroups towards successful outcomes.

• Competence in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills with audiences in person and through electronic formats.

• Ability to make independent decisions.

• Experience working in a collaborative business environment, often in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.

• Must fulfill all annual training requirements.

• Willingness to travel 61-80% within the US.
