Financial Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses utilized by leadership.

• Assist in shaping budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide PAR's investments.

• Convert raw financial-system data into accurate and dependable figures.

• Monitor KPIs and pinpoint trends or discrepancies.

• Develop materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses and manage special projects as needed.

• Enhance and automate reporting processes to minimize manual effort and improve insights.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager, FP&A.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related area; internship experience is acceptable.

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Claude and other AI tools.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining data accuracy.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data succinctly.

• Self-motivated mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must indicate if visa sponsorship will be necessary.
