This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the financial planning, analysis, and forecasting activities for the Enterprise sector.
• Take ownership of the financial strategy for the organization while aligning lower management and reconciling views from multiple stakeholders to influence long-term decisions.
• Manage and oversee the entire annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with the executive team to establish financial targets and KPIs, ensuring department heads are held accountable.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities that will shape company strategy.
• Lead the creation of financial models and frameworks for strategic initiatives and mergers and acquisitions activities.
• Provide financial guidance on strategic projects, product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for performance tracking.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget and prior year figures, driving necessary corrective actions.
• Establish standards for assessing ROI and the financial impact of investments and operational changes.
• Oversee the FP&A function through subordinate managers, managing multiple integrated teams.
• Implement processes, tools, and best practices within the function.
• Cultivate team leaders, including succession planning for pivotal roles.
• Ensure alignment of financial reporting and planning across accounting, operations, and product teams.
• Act as the primary financial strategy partner for senior management and department leaders.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support board-level decisions.
• Shape organizational strategy through financial analysis and promote financial discipline throughout the organization.
• Over 12 years of experience, including significant senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a major function or department successfully.
• Experience in strategic planning and long-term execution.
• Strong capabilities in financial and operational management.
• Proven track record in developing leaders and succession planning.
• Exceptional presentation and influencing skills at the executive level.
• High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance efficiencies.
• Familiarity with financial planning software such as Anaplan, Workday, Adaptive, etc.
