This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the financial wellbeing of the Customer Experience division.

• Oversee the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities.

• Analyze, summarize, and input financial data into financial systems.

• Create presentations that support business decisions and communicate effectively with management, finance leaders, and the corporate office.

• Conduct intricate financial analyses, including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Develop and sustain headcount models.

• Evaluate journal entries to satisfy business requirements.

• Track division and department compliance with approved budgets.

• Organize, compile, and present monthly variance analyses along with conclusions to management.

• Propose recommendations for financial planning, process modifications, and procedural enhancements.

• Document and routinely review and update processes and procedures.

• Offer guidance on process enhancements aligned with business strategies and tactics.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of seven years of pertinent finance or accounting experience.

• Familiarity with accounting principles, accounting software, and financial databases.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with SAP or other accounting software.

• Knowledge of Anaplan and/or Power BI is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

• Capability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to work from anywhere in the US.

• Up to 10% travel may be required.
