Senior Construction Scheduler – Aviation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, oversee, and revise the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.

• Develop schedule management programs and deliverables for major capital initiatives.

• Provide advice to project stakeholders along with guidance and recommendations.

• Prepare baseline schedules and related documentation for approval by the project team.

• Conduct resource loading and leveling activities.

• Integrate contractor schedules into the IMS.

• Evaluate impacts on critical-path and near-critical activities and report on findings.

• Monitor schedule deviations and variances, assisting with corrective action strategies.

• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to assess project progress.

• Regularly review schedules with project team members.

• Generate schedule progress reports, trending charts, and detailed schedule analyses.

• Maintain documentation of scope changes, trends, and variances influencing schedule performance.

• Ensure the reliability of schedule information.

• Collaborate with clients and consultants throughout all project phases.

• May be required to assume SOX control responsibilities as applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.

• A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience.

• Direct experience collaborating within complex matrix teams.

• Proficiency in using Primavera P6.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• On-site presence may be required, subject to client needs.
