Senior Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead commercial data center construction projects from start to finish.

• Create and oversee detailed project timelines utilizing Primavera P6.

• Work closely with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to streamline project workflows.

• Assess project advancement and pinpoint potential delays or challenges.

• Propose solutions to keep project timelines on track.

• Hold regular status meetings and keep stakeholders informed on progress.

• Generate project scheduling status reports for management and team members.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and project specifications.

• Collaborate with procurement and resource management to guarantee timely access to materials and labor.

• Review and enhance scheduling processes for greater efficiency.

• Act as the primary contact for inquiries and issues related to scheduling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or 10+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Demonstrated experience as a construction scheduler or in a comparable role within the construction industry.

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, project management principles, and scheduling methodologies.

• Proficient in scheduling software like Primavera or MS Project.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
