This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Lead the governance and integrity of Centene's corporate ethics and compliance program, including those of its vendors.

• Provide continuous oversight and analysis of practices related to regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or subcontractors to enhance contract compliance and maintain program integrity.

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting to finalization, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

• Conduct reviews, audits, and assessments of vendor relationships.

• Work with business owners and vendors to implement process improvements and ensure adherence to government-sponsored healthcare program requirements.

• Communicate updates on state and federal regulations affecting Medicaid and Marketplace regulatory filings.

• Prepare, organize, and compile subcontractor files for approval and notification.

• Create written reports that detail oversight and monitoring findings along with recommendations.

• Ensure that supporting documentation and workpapers align with Centene and departmental standards.

• Direct compliance concerns to the appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.

• Assist with regulatory notifications and the documentation of approvals and notifications.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years in Managed Care/Health Insurance and a solid understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks are required.

• At least 2 years of project oversight with a proven ability to drive implementation and influence others is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in State Medicaid or government-sponsored healthcare compliance is preferred.

• HealthCare Compliance (CHC) certification is preferred.
