This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership and lead the formulation, implementation, and growth of Optro’s worldwide compensation strategy and tailored pay frameworks.
• Advocate for and utilize AI technologies to generate insights and predictive analytics for both leadership and managers.
• Direct the creation and enhancement of global pay frameworks, job categories, localized pay scales, and total rewards systems.
• Perform global market benchmarking and compensation evaluations using industry surveys and external data sources.
• Collaborate with People leaders, Finance, and executive management on compensation frameworks and incentive programs.
• Provide guidance to People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition regarding job pricing, external offers, promotions, and out-of-cycle adjustments.
• Supervise the administration of merit, bonus, and equity planning cycles, along with global communications using HRIS resources.
• Propel compensation analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation to assess pay equity and workforce trends.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans (LTIP), and recognition/retention initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations, including pay transparency statutes.
• Manage relationships with external vendors as necessary.
• Create and deliver training, documentation, and coaching for managers and leadership regarding compensation philosophy and policies.
• Over 10 years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling a global organization.
• Experience in a rapidly growing global SaaS or technology firm is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday Compensation is strongly preferred.
• Capability to challenge senior leaders on compensation decisions that do not align with high-performance values.
• Background checks are mandatory.
