Senior Compensation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the compensation programs at Providence St. Joseph Health.

• Design, assess, and execute pay-for-performance initiatives, salary frameworks, costing models, and incentive schemes.

• Conduct research, analysis, and evaluations of existing and proposed compensation plans.

• Ensure that pay structures are competitive, equitable, and financially sustainable.

• Perform job analysis, market assessments, pay evaluations, and classification reviews.

• Formulate compensation recommendations and cost estimations.

• Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements related to compensation.

• Support the development of internal policies and standards for compensation initiatives.

• Gather and analyze data for special assignments.

• Collaborate with Providence Human Resources to promote patient-centered, holistic care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation.

• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.

• Familiarity with compensation systems.

• Understanding of wage and hour regulations.

• Knowledge of exempt classifications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field (preferred).

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation required upon hiring (preferred).

• Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred).

• Background in a unionized environment (preferred).
