Senior Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and benchmarking in the market to ensure compensation packages remain equitable and competitive.

• Enhance compensation strategies to draw in and retain exceptional talent while aligning with the objectives of the company.

• Assess job roles and suggest salary ranges along with adjustments to compensation.

• Examine compensation data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Uphold the integrity of the compensation framework.

• Ensure that compensation practices adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage the annual salary review process in collaboration with People Experience and managers.

• Create and present communications regarding changes and programs related to compensation.

• Offer training and support to People Experience and management teams on best practices and policies concerning compensation.

• Partner with People Experience and senior leadership on compensation programs and strategies for both Portugal and global locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation analysis and strategy, ideally within the software sector.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Capability to work with complex data sets and derive insights.

• Comprehensive understanding of compensation principles, labor regulations, and market trends.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality.

• Proficient project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
