
Senior Community Manager, Programs & Advocacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and enhance recognition and rewards initiatives for community members.
• Utilize promotional items to foster engagement across community programs, including a dedicated customer swag store and various recognition and event experiences.
• Develop a structured, repeatable program for in-person community events, such as meetups, campaign gatherings, and roundtable discussions.
• Provide support for the Bursary Program and the Community Creator Program.
• Assist in the launch of the Community Champions Program.
• Design customized community programs for specific practitioner verticals, including manual therapy, medical, and behavioral health.
• Generate scalable playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes using AI technology.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Support, Vertical Leads, and the broader Community team.
• Report directly to the Director of Community and function as a senior individual contributor within a five-person team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing community, customer advocacy, or ambassador programs.
• Proven ability to scale a program from inception to execution.
• Background in customer-facing roles such as support, community engagement, or customer success.
• Analytical skills to identify significant metrics and translate them into actionable program enhancements.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous programs, campaigns, or events from start to finish.
• Proficient in owning and monitoring a program budget.
• Comfortable and proficient in using AI tools.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Slack, Notion, Monday, RSVPify, Zoom, Canva, and HubSpot.
• High level of autonomy with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Genuine care for customers and community members.
• Empathy towards healthcare practitioners and their practices.
• Must currently reside and work in Canada and be eligible for employment there without employer sponsorship.
