Senior Communications Strategy and Operations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the strategy and implementation of change management for the Allstate Agency channel

• Engage in program management, editorial tasks, and strategic design

• Formulate and execute strategies for programs and processes that align with business goals

• Offer strategic planning, consulting, project management, and subject-matter expertise for targeted initiatives

• Build strong relationships with leadership across various functions

• Examine statistical data related to programs, projects, and processes and propose alternative actions

• Create communication strategies and materials for new initiatives, programs, or processes

• Discover opportunities and implement automated processes to enhance efficiency

• Foster ongoing improvements in processes and programs

• Present business cases and advocate for recommended actions

• Design and develop new plans, programs, and processes

• Eliminate obstacles to collaborative efforts across departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years) preferred

• Over 5 years of experience preferred

• At least 3 years in program management preferred

• Experience in writing preferred

• A combination of education and experience may be taken into account instead of the aforementioned educational qualifications

• A background investigation is required

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with suitable desk and seating
