Senior Commercial Title Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Delivers nationwide title services.

• Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by offering exceptional customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external clients regarding title services.

• Collaborates with customers, attorneys, and lenders in an advisory role to address issues affecting title insurability before closing on commercial transactions.

• Engages with clients and third parties to gather documentation needed to resolve title-related complications, such as missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or conflicting information in the title commitment.

• Understands how their team collaborates with related teams to achieve shared goals.

• Influences the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through their contributions.

• Identifies and addresses unusual problems that arise infrequently.

• Assesses and chooses solutions based on existing precedents or procedures.

• Communicates and clarifies complex information effectively.

• Operates under limited supervision and may exercise discretion to adjust work practices.

• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members, without supervisory duties.

• Executes all other responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires over 5 years of relevant work experience.
