This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver essential operational excellence support to Global Customer Management, AWS Security Engagement, business management, regional, local customer, and internal operations teams.
• Act as the main GCM security liaison with the DSV Global Security Task Force, regional security leaders, site operations, and customer stakeholders.
• Represent GCM in global security governance forums, conveying priorities, risks, decisions, and progress.
• Create and execute a worldwide standardized security framework, including policies, procedures, control standards, playbooks, governance routines, and reporting requirements.
• Perform site visits, security risk assessments, gap analyses, audits, corrective-action planning, and closure verification.
• Oversee the global security compliance roadmap, risk register, audit calendar, and corrective-action tracker.
• Track security performance through KPIs, audit results, incident trends, and control-effectiveness reviews.
• Assist with new site implementations, expansions, customer requirements, and business changes by defining and integrating security requirements.
• Assess and advocate for security technology, tools, and process enhancements.
• Foster collaboration among Security, Operations, Safety, Quality, IT, Compliance, Legal, Real Estate, Business Management, and Customer Enablement teams.
• Advocate for security awareness through communications, workshops, and training sessions.
• Disseminate lessons learned and best practices across various regions.
• Partner with AWS and DSV Operations to create a globally unified Safety Program.
• Lead the strategy, process and tool development, standardization, reporting, compliance, and ongoing improvement of the Safety Program.
• Serve as a senior Safety expert and assist with new business implementations.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and customer-side stakeholders at a global level.
• Steer the global safety strategic planning roadmap and associated projects.
• Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives against customer objectives.
• Enhance safety performance through auditing, metric tracking, and risk escalation.
• Spearhead safety communications and support safety change-management programs.
• Assist operations in designing and executing continuous-improvement safety initiatives and assess their impact.
• Over 7 years of experience in strategy, tactics, development, and facilitation.
• A business degree is required; Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Additional language skills are highly advantageous in a global context.
• Demonstrable end-to-end experience in sales, strategy, consulting, and supply chain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A project management mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strategic and tactical thinking to facilitate cross-functional initiatives.

• Competence in presenting at an executive level.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven success in meeting or surpassing goals.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Ability to work in a mixed office and operational setting.
• Flexibility to accommodate regular travel or weekend/overnight shifts.
• Base pay range of $127,000-$159,000 USD annually.
