Senior Cloud Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of intricate customer-focused projects from start to finish.

• Ensure execution adheres to scope, budget, timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

• Create and manage project plans, resource distribution, task prioritization, scheduling, budget management, and milestone tracking.

• Identify potential risks, implement mitigation plans, and take corrective measures as necessary.

• Act as the main liaison for customers and stakeholders.

• Manage customer expectations, address escalated issues, provide updates on status, and align cross-functional teams.

• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including talent acquisition, performance evaluation, career growth, engagement, and compensation processes.

• Collaborate with technical, clinical, and operational teams on integration, installation, and delivery at customer locations.

• Ensure adherence to technical, regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.

• Promote process enhancements, capture lessons learned, and implement best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 5 years of experience with a Master's degree in fields such as Project Management, Customer Service, or a related area.

• Experience with cloud products is mandatory.

• PACS experience is necessary.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, change management, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, strategic planning, KPI management, and budget management.

• Capability to foster continuous improvement in project management processes.

• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 25% of the time.

• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations.
