Senior Cloud Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of intricate customer-facing projects from initiation to closure.

• Ensure that execution adheres to the defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Create and manage project plans, resource allocation, task prioritization, scheduling, budget oversight, and milestone tracking.

• Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions as necessary.

• Act as the principal liaison for customers and stakeholders.

• Manage customer expectations, address escalated issues, provide updates on project status, and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams effectively.

• Supervise talent selection, performance management, career development, employee engagement, and compensation processes.

• Collaborate with technical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure integration, installation, and delivery at customer locations.

• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and operational requirements.

• Promote process enhancements, document lessons learned, and apply best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 5 years of experience with a Master's degree in fields such as Project Management, Customer Service, or related disciplines.

• Experience with cloud products is mandatory.

• PACS experience is required.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, change management, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, strategic planning, KPI management, budget oversight, and continuous improvement within project management processes is essential.

• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 25% of the time.

• Capability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
