This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the automation of infrastructure and platform services in public cloud environments, primarily AWS, utilizing Terraform and Ansible.

• Collaborate with development teams to design new infrastructure and platform solutions.

• Create and manage continuous deployment processes using Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

• Monitor applications and services while participating in the on-call rotation to troubleshoot issues and ensure they do not recur.

• Establish intelligent application performance alerts within observability tools.

• Design, implement, and sustain infrastructure and applications within AWS public cloud environments.

• Develop automated solutions for deployment, monitoring, and remediation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of cloud-based web application functionality with an interest in measuring, analyzing, and enhancing distributed systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of professional development training and experience.

• 6-7 years of prior experience in deploying and automating infrastructure within public cloud environments, employing Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.

• Extensive hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform.

• Previous experience as a technical lead collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and SecOps on shift-left strategies, as well as CI/CD tools and solutions.

• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment.

• Familiarity with Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins or ArgoCD.

• Experience with logging and monitoring tools for SaaS, including Sumo, Splunk, Datadog, etc.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for automation and productivity enhancement.
