Senior Cloud Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with COE Software Engineers and leadership to achieve Managed Services Integration project deliverables.

• Assess and endorse client requirements and design documentation alongside Senior Software Engineers, Architects, Solution Consultants, and Project Managers.

• Communicate with Solution Consultants and Global Architecture to translate new Sales activities into actionable solutions with established project timelines.

• Provide consultation, review, and approval of SDD documents and Readiness Review materials.

• Guarantee that deliverable quality aligns with SLO and JIRA quality standards.

• Oversee Project Manager and client expectations regarding technical deliverables.

• Act as the representative for the Software team within the Change Management process.

• Advocate for AI-driven solutions, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives in Cloud Services.

• Advise global customers on their transition to cloud technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Proficient in AI tools, as well as design and delivery processes.

• Capability to coach and mentor seasoned technical professionals.

• Over 8 years of experience with OpenText Cloud Services as a Software Engineer.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting clients in the financial services sector.

• More than 8 years of experience in systems analysis, design, systems integration, and development.

• Over 8 years of experience with Unix/Linux and scripting languages including Expect, Perl, and Shell.

• Familiarity with FTP, web services/HTTPS, AS2, and SFTP protocols.

• API experience is preferred but not mandatory.
